The four modules offer an enriching experience that will transforming your perception to teaching and learning, and allowing you to reach your full potential as a teacher, as well as move forward in your career.

 

Module 1: Change – ‘Change in Contemporary Education’

This module helps us to rethink approaches to Teaching & Learning. It explores the constructivism/social constructivism as an answer to questions about the future of learning.

This module explores the social constructivism theory alongside inquiry-based learning. It puts theory into practice through a cycle of planning, teaching and reflecting on teaching.

This module focuses on the wider role of the teacher in creating a supportive, physical and emotional environments that supports learning.

  • Use the reflective cycle to support learners’ self-regulation.
  • Apply techniques to maintainstudents’ life skills and attitudes.

This Program focuses on the key features of educational leadership in today’s schools. It addresses the need for change, and how leadership can impact students’ learning. The Program is based on research, designed to equip leaders with the basics skills and knowledge to be professional qualified leaders. The three modules offer an enriching experience transforming perception around leading learning, and allowing leaders to reach their full potential.

 

Module 1: Becoming a Leader

This module explores what is a good school and who are good leaders? It sets the standards and give tools to reach those standards.

1.Language & Literacy in the Early Years

This course is designed to equip English teachers for the early years (kindergarten and first grade primary) with the necessary skills to tackle the skills of the English language. Participants in this course will:
